Temporary Finance Manager - Urgent Need Dunmurray area, Belfast Fully qualified accountants & candidates qualified by experience will be considered. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance and Business Operations you will be responsible for: Preparing monthly Income and Expenditure Accounts Preparing the annual Department of Education Statement of Accounts, Form S40A, and supporting schedules Participating in the preparation of the Annual Budget and 3 year Financial Plans Participating in and supervising the monthly payroll procedures Managing and recording the collection of school fees and all other relevant charges from parents including following up unpaid items Preparing grant applications to the Department of Education including substitute teacher costs, classroom assistants salaries and maternity leave payments.
