Advanced Clinical Pharmacist - BankAre you an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist? We are looking for an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist who will join us on a bank basis. You will focus on developing and delivering the medicines optimisation and safety agenda alongside a team of clinical pharmacists. Key responsibilities include repeat prescribing, managing long-term conditions, conducting clinical medication reviews, and clinical audit and safety work.
