Position: Head Concierge
Location: Stanmore Place
Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off 1000 - 2200
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: A permanent position that offers stability and room for growth.

Development Details:
This role will be based at Stanmore Place, a modern development located in the London Borough of Harrow with easy access to the Jubilee line. The site consists 22 private block and 8 Housing Association blocks with a total of 710 residential apartments and benefits from 24-hour concierge, water fountain features, a lake, playgrounds, residents gym and private carpark.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Head Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
1. Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
2. Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
3. Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
4. Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
5. Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
6. Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
