The role of the Housekeeper is to ensures a welcoming and professional environment by keeping the spaces clean, hygienic and presentable. The role provides a quality cleaning and housekeeping service; and supports in the effective delivery of food and beverages to St Monica Trust staff and residents. 16 Hours per week working 8am - 12pm Monday - Thursday. Key Results Summary Responsibilities * Comply with Health and Safety regulations and legislation and to report any situations that could be considered hazardous. * Provide full cleaning and meals service as required. * Ensure maintenance of stock of cleaning stores and equipment for relevant area. * Demonstrate and maintain respect for individuals' homes, living and working environments. * Build relationships of trust and act with professionalism with all visitors. * Provide assistance to other teams as and when required - e.g., spotting and reporting potential resident well-being concerns.
