About our Nursery
Busy Bees Selly Oak is an Ofsted-rated Good nursery with a capacity of 96, known for its friendly and welcoming team. We maintain strong relationships with local schools and SEND agencies to support every child's development. Conveniently located a short distance from Selly Oak train station with free parking and flexible working hours, the nursery offers an ideal choice for staff seeking a supportive and accommodating work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
* Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the EYFS.
* Key Person Role: Oversee children's development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
Qualifications
* Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
* Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
* Good communication, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
