A client I'm working with based in Cambridgeshire is recruiting for Housing Options Officer on an interim basis for the initial course of 3 months.
Working pattern: Hybrid (2 days p/w in the office)
Rate: Negotiable
To be considered for this role, you must have the following experience:
* Previous experience as a Housing Options Officer is essential.
* Conducting Section 184s in line with relevant housing legislation.
* Implementing Part 6 and Part 7 of the Housing Act 1996 when reviewing homeless cases.
* Investigating homelessness applications and applying legislation, codes of guidance and case law to make lawful homeless decisions.
* Carrying cases from Triage through to main duty
