Role Summary

Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Business Partner will provide first-line Human Resources advice and support to managers and employees across the UK, ROI and EMEA regions. This role requires delivering a high level of customer service, supporting employee relations, and contributing to HR policy development and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver proactive HR advice on policies, terms and conditions, employment law, and best practice.
\n
2. Provide coaching and advice to managers on employee relations issues (disciplinary, grievance, capability) in line with company policy and procedures.
