Our Consutling client based in London has Partnered with AMA Talent Executives as part of their growth strategy, to assist in the Recruitment of a new Talent Acquisition Partner to the business. You will be working directly with the Head of TA on Candidate processing, Agency Relationship Management, Interviewing and On-boarding.
This role will be an initial 6 month FTC with the right candidate expected to go permanent in June 2026.
Our client is expecting to expand rapidly in 2026 so is interested in hearing from Candidates who could be available quickly or immediately. You will have done a Talent Acquisition role before or come from a Recruitment Agency background in order to be considered for this opportunity.
Skills Requirements
* 4-5+ years experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Agency work
* Experience in placing Change or Project Management professionals or experience in Placing Management Consulting professionals
* Great skills of Communication, interviewing and examples of excellent on-boarding processes
* A desire to learn and grow with a business that is looking to grow headcount quickly in the UK, US & EMEA
Compensation Package
* £60,000 base salary
* 25 days holiday
