PPM Sales Manager – Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance This Is a Senior, Relationship-Led PPM Sales Role We are seeking an experienced PPM Sales professional with an established M&E maintenance network i n the South East area who already operates in the market, builds relationships early, and secures work as contracts naturally come to an end. This is a high-trust, high-accountability role. Performance is measured by outcomes, professionalism, and results. You will manage your own diary and territory, with the expectation that approximately 4 days per week will be spent meeting clients and developing relationships on-site. One day per week will be spent working from the Chelmsford office. The Role You will be responsible for: Winning new full M&E PPM contracts (approximately 80% of your time) Retaining and growing existing PPM clients (approximately 20%) Leveraging your existing relationships with end-user decision-makers Meeting clients on site to assess assets, access equipment required and identify compliance gaps. Managing the front end of the sale through to contract award Providing a thorough handover to the operations team to ensure successful delivery Leads will come from: Your existing M&E PPM relationships The current E&S client base Inbound enquiries There is no cold outreach requirement. What Success Looks Like This role reflects the reality of M&E PPM contract cycles. Year 1 Build a strong, qualified pipeline of end-user prospects Secure new PPM contracts covering at least twice your base salary Establish trusted relationships ahead of contract expiry dates Year 2 Convert pipeline opportunities as clients exit existing contracts Generate PPM revenue covering a minimum of five times base salary Demonstrate consistent, relationship-led wins across the South East Ongoing Build a high-quality, recurring PPM client base Contribute to long-term business profitability Benefit from company-wide profit share aligned to performance This is a long-term sales role, not a short-term transactional position.
