As International Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across the international department, focusing on cross-functional coordination, basic data management, and communication routing. While supporting all international teams, you will handle essential administrative tasks that enable specialists to focus on their core responsibilities. You will manage general communications, organise meetings and travel, maintain departmental documentation, and support multiple team members with administrative requirements. This role serves as the connective tissue between different international functions, ensuring smooth information flow and administrative efficiency throughout the department. The role requires a confident individual who is comfortable working cross-functionally in a Head Office environment. It is all about having excellent planning and organisational skills. You will also need to be a naturally clear and confident communicator, have good attention to detail and the ability to problem solve. Skills & Experience Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage high volume of tasks and prioritise effectively Microsoft Excel Fundamentals: Capable of entering data accurately, creating basic spreadsheets, generating simple reports, and performing fundamental data organization and tracking tasks. Office Suite Competencies: Proficient in using core Microsoft Office applications to create standard business documents, compile information, and prepare clear, concise presentations for team communication. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Professional, customer-focused approach Responsibilities Cross-Functional Administration Manage general international team inbox and route communications to appropriate specialists Organise meetings, conference calls, and take minutes Basic Data Collection & Formatting Collect and format basic sales and stock data for specialist analysis Prepare standard reports using established templates Administrative Process Management Maintain International Safe documentation Process and organize standard documentation across functions Please read the attached Job Profile for more details.
