Position: Dual Registered Manager
Location: Near Mersham, Kent
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Are you an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager looking for your next opportunity? I am seeking a talented Dual Registered Manager to join a well-respected provider near Mersham, Kent.
About the Role:
As the Dual Registered Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of two care homes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and maintaining a positive and supportive environment for both staff and residents. You will play a pivotal role in the development of the service and will be responsible for achieving and maintaining Good CQC ratings.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the delivery of person-centered care in line with CQC standards.
Lead, motivate, and support a dedicated team to provide the best possible care.
Maintain and improve service quality to achieve and sustain Good CQC reports.
Manage operational responsibilities, budgets, and staffing levels.
Foster a positive and collaborative culture within the care environment.
Engage with families and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to care.
The Ideal Candidate:
Already a well-established Registered Manager with an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
Strong knowledge of dementia and learning disabilities.
Proven experience in achieving and maintaining Good CQC ratings.
A natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
A commitment to delivering high standards of care in a person-centered way.
