Administrator (Automotive Industry) required by my Portsmouth based client. You must have previous experience within an Admin based role.

Salary – Basic £ 23,000
Administrator role:
I am looking for an extremely organised individual with attention to detail. You should be highly efficient and hard working. Experienced in computer programs including excel and an efficient typist. This person should also have good grammar writing/typing skills.
Duties:
1. Strong admin experience / doing general admin duties
2. On the phone
3. Booking in vehicles
4. Job cards
5. Arranging MOTS
Applicant’s requirements:
6. Computer literate is a must
7. Previous experience as an Administrator is essential
8. Have a proven record of accurate and timely processing orders
9. You must be a good communicator
10. You must be well organised, efficient and have a keen eye for attention to detail
11. Must be able to work in fast paced environment and be able to plan effectively and prioritise.
12. Being Flexible in busy periods is preferable
