About The Role - Fabric Maintenance Coordinator
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fabric Maintenance Coordinator who will play a key role within our Maintenance team.
You will be responsible for supporting the safe, cost-effective, and efficient implementation of fabric maintenance, including insulation, painting, coatings and civils work at the terminal. Additionally, you will support the management of contracted access requirements of the site. In this role, you will coordinate the relevant maintenance activities undertaken on site and will act as the point of contact for all relevant contractor personnel providing services such as Scaffolding, Insulation, Painting, and Civils. You will ensure these activities are undertaken in accordance with the appropriate procedures and achieve high quality results. You will have a proven track record of coordinating field activities and a desire for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
* Time Served Apprenticeship / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant trade (e.g., coatings, insulation, scaffolding, or general maintenance).
* Significant experience in fabric maintenance roles
* Awareness of SSHE standards and regulatory compliance
* Knowledge of fabric maintenance strategies (painting, insulation, access etc.)
* Experience in different maintenance disciplines (multi-skilled)
* Ability to lead and effectively influence differing contracted groups to deliver results
* Experience in maintenance programme delivery and improvement
* Strong communicator
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* Experience of using CMMS, preferably SAP
* Computer and software literate
