About the Business Unit
The Energy unit provides services to clients worldwide across sectors including hydropower, nuclear, waste, renewable energy, and transmission & distribution networks. We offer integrated engineering and project management services throughout the project lifecycle—from concept and design to construction, operations, decommissioning, or repowering and life extension. We are committed to supporting the global energy transition.
Role Overview
* Assist in delivering projects from planning through construction stages.
* Model volumetric earthworks and develop associated schedules.
* Create models of alignments, corridors, and assemblies.
* Balance cut and fill volumes, perform volume calculations, and analyze stage storage.
* Produce related plan and longitudinal sectional drawings.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
Experience with Civil 3D features such as grading objects, surface creation, volumetric surfaces, corridors, assemblies, alignments, material quantity take-offs, and stage storage analysis is essential.
Candidate Requirements
* Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D.
* Interest in 3D design, modeling, and creating immersive models.
* Willingness to learn new skills and adopt new technologies.
* Ability to manage workload effectively in a dynamic environment.
* Autonomy in problem-solving and issue ownership.
Preferred but Not Essential
* Civil engineering design experience.
* Experience with Autodesk tools such as Navisworks, Revit, ACC.
* Knowledge of industry modeling standards.
* Professional registration like EngTech TMICE or similar.
