HOURS:Full time
WORKING PATTERN:Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in an office site

The Homes Commercial Team is at the forefront of supporting our customers with their mortgage needs and managing the UK's largest mortgage portfolio.
We handle the pricing of over £80 billion of mortgages annually across the brands Halifax, Lloyds, Scottish Widows, and Birmingham Midshires brands!
As an Analytics and Reporting Manager, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high quality data, tooling, analytics and execution capabilities that drive the commercial performance and strategic objectives of our Homes business.
You'll work closely with senior leaders to support their vision and goals, ensuring our capabilities evolve to meet the needs of our customers.
Influencing and collaboration is a key element of the team’s work and you’ll work closely with a wide variety of cross-functional teams across the Bank.

What will I be doing?
1. Delivering impactful data, analytics, and insight capabilities that support the commercial performance and strategic goals of the Homes business.
2. Implementing and maintaining robust data management, controls, and governance, ensuring effective oversight to minimise risk and maintain compliance with Group standards.
3. Championing change and innovation, identifying opportunities to enhance our data, analytics, tooling, and ways of working.
4. Collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand key objectives and deliver meaningful, aligned outcomes.

What you’ll need
5. A strong drive for continuous improvement and transformation, backed by proven experience in developing solutions using a broad range of analytical tools.
6. Strong coding skills, particularly in SQL, Python, and Power BI—with experience in GCP native tools considered highly desirable (but not essential).
7. A passion for developing future-focused skills across the team, actively supporting cross-team learning and collaboration.
8. A self-motivated problem solver who thrives in ambiguity, adapts quickly to change, and inspires others to embrace transformation.
9. An effective communicator who can craft compelling narratives for senior leaders, influence decision-making, and collaborate confidently with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
10. Familiarity with Agile principles and experience using Jira to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency is desirable.
11. Experience in Mortgages and/or Pricing Analysis is a plus, though not essential.
