Must have- Key points to check in the resource • Google networking Products, Terraform and Git hub • Google Network - Cloud Router, DNS, HA VPN, Dedicated Interconnect, IP Address Management, Private Service Connect, Private Service Access, Google Load Balancer, Service Directory. • We own, manage and support the above products and use DevOps tooling like Terraform, Terraform Cloud, GITHUB to manage these services as infrastructure as code. Knowledge of Bash or Python would be good. • Specifically need GCP Networking people who have managed the GCP network resources with Terraform / Terraform Cloud and Github • They do not necessarily need GCP certifications if they have several years of specific focus and experience specialising in GCP Networking. • Expert Engineering experience building, configuring, and optimizing GCP based networking at enterprise scale. • Specific networking knowledge (including Dedicated Interconnect, VPC network peering, Cloud Routers, Firewalls, Google DNS, Cloud NAT, IAM and VPC SC), basic knowledge of connected workloads (GKE, Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, Storage buckets, Google Data AI products, etc.) and corresponding ancillary function such as Identity. • Hands on participation in projects heavily involving GCP networking including sustaining engineering, network deployment/implementation, network scaling, technology refresh and network optimization in both non-production and production environments. • Significant experience of DevOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines using cloud native and third-party tooling – Git, Terraform Cloud, HashiCorp Vault, Harness, Jenkins • Manage Incidents and Problems to resolve (and advance) enterprise networking connectivity issues to improve the stability of the platform. • Review and feedback on code changes for your fellow team members. • Develop, deploy and own the lifecycle of products and solutions developed within the team. • Perform all engineering tasks in compliance with the Control and Security requirements Do • Align and focus on continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) of technology in applications o Plan and Execute the DevOps pipeline that supports the application life cycle across the DevOps toolchain â from planning, coding and building, testing, staging, release, configuration and monitoring o Manage the IT infrastructure as per the requirement of the supported software code o On-board an application on the DevOps tool and configure it as per the clients need o Create user access workflows and provide user access as per the defined process o Build and engineer the DevOps tool as per the customization suggested by the client o Collaborate with development staff to tackle the coding and scripting needed to connect elements of the code that are required to run the software release with operating systems and production infrastructure o Leverage and use tools to automate testing & deployment in a Dev-Ops environment • Provide customer support/ service on the DevOps tools o Timely support internal & external customers on multiple platforms o Resolution of the tickets raised on these tools to be addressed & resolved within a specified TAT o Ensure adequate resolution with customer satisfaction o Follow escalation matrix/ process as soon as a resolution gets complicated or isnâÂÂt resolved o Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of critical/ repeatable issues
