Your role
You will lead, develop and manage a team of Operatives performing general maintenance across Sheerness and Chatham Docks, delivering hands-on coaching, performance management, and team development. You will plan, organise and oversee maintenance projects and tasks to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of our operation.
You will support operations at Chatham Docks and provide cover at Sheerness when needed.
What you'll bring
You will have:
* Professional qualifications inelectrical,mechanical,civil, orproject marine engineering
* Experience ofeffectively leading a team
* Provencommunication skillswith a collaborative and approachable leadership style
* StrongIT literacyandnumerical competence
* Excellentplanningandanalyticalskills
* Previous experience in afast-paced operational environment
* Ideally,IOSH Managing SafelyandFirst Aid at Workcertification
* Afull, valid UK driving licence this is a must
