At theo - The Automotive Recruitment Specialists, we dont do "make the tea" apprenticeships. Youll be trained properly, supported by a high-performing team, and given the tools to build a genuine career in recruitment - not just a job.
What youll be doing
Youll work closely with our experienced recruitment consultants, learning the ropes and getting stuck in from day one:
• Speaking to candidates daily and building relationships
• Resourcing candidates for live automotive vacancies across the UK
• Learning how to interview, qualify, and match people to roles
• Managing candidate pipelines and CRM systems
• Supporting consultants on key dealership and automotive accounts
• Learning the commercial side of recruitment and how fees are earned
Training & Qualification
• Level 3 NVQ fully funded
• On-the-job recruitment training from industry experts
• Ongoing coaching, mentoring, and clear progression paths

You dont need recruitment experience - attitude matters more than a CV.
• Confident communicator (you wont be scared of the phone)
