* £36,000 per annum plus your share of cash and card tips

About The Beech House
The Beech House is a stylish and contemporary pub in the heart of Beaconsfield. With a large bar and restaurant, a modern theatre-style kitchen with a Josper grill and a wood-fired pizza oven, it also has a private function space called the Skylight Room. The Beech House Beaconsfield serves a seasonal, Mediterranean-inspired menu enhanced by specials crafted by a team of chefs based on sustainable, quality ingredients. About You
* You will know your way around a kitchen, having worked as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef previously and be ready for your next challenge!
* You will be passionate about food, have impeccable standards and a great team spirit.
* You are ready to support the Head Chef with the running of the Kitchen.
* You are ready to assist the Head Chef with leading and developing the team.
* You are ready to assist the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef with the creation of the specials menu.
* All salaries and hourly rates are in line with National Minimum Wage.
