Your new role
* Work with executives, directors, and heads of departments to capture organisational hierarchy for the new HR and Payroll solution.
* Analyse data sets, evaluate differences, and identify potential issues.
* Liaise closely with IT enterprise architecture and internal data teams to ensure data governance and data lineage.
* Establish data governance and ensure the quality, integrity, and security of data within the HR and Payroll solution.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and data innovation.
* Prepare recommendations for organisational hierarchy and HR and Payroll master data structure design.
* Ensure effective communication during the project lifecycle.
* Identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues.
* Ensure project deadlines related to data are met.
* Manage external relationships effectively and efficiently.
What you'll need to succeed
* Prior experience in HR and Payroll enterprise solutions.
* Experience with Dayforce is desirable, but not essential.
* Previous corporate data design experience.
* HR and Payroll system experience.
* Strong data analysis skills.
* Excellent communication and grammatical skills.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise effectively.
* Strong attention to detail.
What you'll get in returnA contract role lasting up to six months, paying up to £500 per day with the role being Outside IR35. The role is based in Milton Keynes with hybrid working on offer.
