Employment Solicitor (Legal Director)
TipTopJob is looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor with 5+ years of PQE. The successful candidate will advise on the full range of HR and employment law matters, lead and mentor junior colleagues, and drive business development.
* Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years' PQE with a proven track record of advising on the full range of HR and employment law matters.
* You'll combine first‑class technical ability with leadership and mentoring skills, plus a genuine passion for business development.
* Advising both employees and employers on a full range of employment issues, including grievance and disciplinary proceedings, redundancy, unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment, and TUPE.
* Leading and mentoring junior colleagues within the Employment team.
* Strong business development instincts with an entrepreneurial mindset.
* You will have excellent communication, organisational and client care skills.
