PART TIME Franchise Marketing Officer
The role covers the following two aspects for the company:
1. Social media services for franchise network, managing marketing levy spend.
2. Franchise Marketing services for head office
Social Media Services Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and grow the accounts across all platforms – Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
· Follow up on enquiries on the platforms.
· Ensure the brand presence is consistent across all social media platforms, notifying franchisees when they are non compliant or off brand.
· Sharing best practise with franchisees via our Jigsaw Arts schools accounts with post suggestions.
· Create templates for the whole network to use.
· Produce customer newsletter.
· Upload regular blogs – mixture of head office and franchisee content. Manage the calendar for this.
· Update website to keep content up to date and fresh. Monitoring Franchisee pages.
· Manage and update online listings.
· Organise photo shoots as and when new images needed.
· Keep the marketing collateral document up to date,
· Deliver marketing training to new franchisees and support franchisees ongoingly with marketing skills and updates.
· Update Operations manual as and when required.
Franchise Marketing Services Key Responsibilities:
Assist Franchise Operations Director with marketing plan:
· Manage and maximise Listings – BFA, CFE etc
· Produce content for Head office social media, advertise discovery days, share case studies and franchise news./blogs.
· Produce regular Franchise newsletter content.
· Email marketing campaigns to prospect contacts.
· Arrange expos and other events to promote Jigsaw franchising.
· Awards submissions for brand awareness and news.
· Create awareness amongst our current network.
· Innovate new ways of reaching our target audience.

Training for the role
You will be encouraged to attend marketing training and events to keep your skills up to date.
Hours
This role will require 20 hours per week.
Based at our head office in Whetstone, London N20
Pay
£15,600 - £18,720 per annum, depending on experience.
There will be opportunities to grow within this role in the future.
