Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year Requirements: Experience working within a QMS-based manufacturing or regulated environment Strong data analysis and visualization skills Experience developing automated reporting solutions (e.g. Minitab, Tableau, Excel, SQL, or similar tools) Ability to link operational quality data to financial impact Knowledge of relevant standards (e.g. ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar) Responsibilities: Develop, automate, and maintain QMS nonconformance reporting and analytics Design and maintain automated KPI dashboards and reports covering QMS nonconformance activities, including Customer Complaints, Rework, NCRs, CAPAs, Audit findings, MRB activity, and Scrap Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting aligned with QMS requirements Perform trend and pattern analysis to identify recurring issues and quality concerns Provide data-driven insights to support preventive and corrective actions Develop and maintain Cost of Quality reporting linking nonconformance data to financial impact Quantify and trend Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) elements Collaborate with Finance and Operations to align quality and cost data Translate complex quality and cost data into clear insights for stakeholders Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying high-impact opportunities Provide input into management review meetings and strategic improvement planning Work with QMS, ERP, and manufacturing systems to improve data capture and integration Maintain reporting standards and documentation to ensure data integrity and traceability Support audits by providing objective evidence and performance trends Technologies: ERP Excel Support SQL Tableau More: We are a growing company based close to Portsmouth, offering an exciting opportunity for a Quality Data Analyst to join our team.
