Office‑based | Monday–Friday | Salary £30,000 - £34,000
We are recruiting a Key Account Sales Support Administrator to join our client's growing B2B trade sales and customer service team. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in sales administration, order processing, customer service, and trade sales support. You will support National Account Managers, manage key customer orders, and ensure smooth coordination between sales, warehouse, and logistics teams. If you’ve worked in B2B sales support, trade sales, order processing, or national account administration, this role offers a great next step.
What You’ll Do
* Process trade customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Prepare quotes and support National Account Managers
* Coordinate with warehouse & logistics to ensure smooth fulfilment
* Provide excellent customer service to retail & wholesale partners
* Maintain customer data and produce sales reports
Skills Needed
* Experience in sales admin, trade sales, national accounts or B2B customer service
* Strong order processing and quotation skills
* Confident communication and relationship‑building abilities
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
