2nd Line IT Support Engineer - Wokingham (RG2 area)
A strong 2nd Line IT Support Engineer with good working knowledge of Windows Server, Office 365, and good network troubleshooting is required to join a well-established MSP to support their customers across Berkshire. This is an office-based role, with occasional customer visits when required.
Key Skills Required:
* Previous escalation IT support - 2nd Line
* MSP Experience highly advantageous
* Windows Server administration & troubleshooting
* Office 365 Admin (i.e Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online)
* Azure Virtual Desktop, Remote Desktop Services
* General networking administration - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs
* Full UK Drivers licence is essential
Preferred (not essential):
* Good Intune/MDM experience
* Autopilot
* MFA/Conditional Access Policies
