Key Responsibilities * Supervise and motivate a night-shift warehouse team to meet production and dispatch targets * Ensure all goods are handled, stored, and dispatched in line with chilled food and hygiene standards * Maintain accurate stock control, inventory records, and system updates * Ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety, and quality standards (BRC, HACCP, etc.) * Manage labour planning, shift handovers, and performance monitoring * Investigate and resolve operational issues, escalating where necessary * Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, accuracy, and team performance About You * Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role, ideally within chilled or food manufacturing * Strong understanding of temperature-controlled environments and food safety regulations * Confident people manager with excellent communication and leadership skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines * Competent in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office * Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work permanent night shifts Why Join Us?
