IT Support Engineer – Managed Services | Letchworth, Hertfordshire | Full Time | Up to £40,000 per annum

Our client, established in 1988, works in partnership with manufacturers, software houses, and system integrators. They offer their clients a structured “break-fix” service along with engineering resources for installations and rollouts.
Are you the right person for the job?
* 2+ years' experience in IT support, with a focus on Microsoft 365
* Knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin panels, PowerShell scripting, Entra ID, Azure Hosting, and Azure PIM
* Microsoft 365 certifications preferred but not essential
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
* Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
