Claims Specialist - Cyber
* Proactive management and control of high-profile, complex claims in Cyber and Tech E & O. This includes identifying coverage issues early in the claim lifecycle and working with clients and insurers to resolve them.
* Producing claims information, presenting to insurers or clients, and handling related instructions, queries, and enquiries.
* Monitoring insurer agreements and payments, ensuring funds are paid to the correct beneficiaries.
* Reporting claims difficulties immediately to management.
* Ensuring insurer instructions are communicated between clients, experts, and insurers.
* Building strong relationships with clients, experts, and insurers through prompt, friendly, and professional communication.
* Coordinating with placing colleagues and providing claims statistics for renewals or similar purposes.
* Collaborating with accounting colleagues regarding funds collection and payments, queries, and clearing entries.
* Staying updated with market and system changes.
* Monitoring workload and reporting to management as needed.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience handling cyber claims within a broker, insurer, lawyer, or loss adjuster.
* Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
* Ability to lead and work effectively within a small team.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Proactive, ambitious, and willing to grow professionally and technically.
