Location: Aberdeen
Shift: 5 days over 7 | 8:30am - 16:30 (8-hour shift)
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

This role provides crucial administrative support to the transport and operations teams, helping to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain an organised workspace
* Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
* Handle phone calls and emails professionally
* Assist with clerical duties such as filing, typing, and organising documents
* Support operational teams with reporting, scheduling, and monitoring tasks
* Help maintain compliance and accurate documentation across transport and logistics processes
Requirements:
* Previous office or administrative experience preferred
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
