We are looking to recruit a new member to support our strategic growth plans in the Life & Business Protection team. Responsibilities
In this role you will:
* Advise on life insurance and business protection solutions including key person insurance and shareholder protection to ensure business continuity during unforeseen circumstances.
* Close sales and ensure policies are set up in a timely manner
* Build long term relationships internally with your colleagues in Christie & Co and Christie Finance
* Identify opportunities for upselling, cross selling and growth
The suitable candidate for this role would bring:
* Demonstratable experience as an advisor on Life Insurance, Key Person Insurance, Shareholder Protection and Employee Benefits, specifically within a commercial insurance setting
* A well-founded understanding of the fundamentals of Insurance and its legal context and operation of the Insurance marketplace
* A proven track record of maintaining strong conversion rates in quoting and selling to new and existing clients
* Highly professional with an engaging and friendly manner maintaining a client-led approach
* Strong relationship building, influencing and team building skills
* Ability to use software for statistical analysis and predictive modelling
* Have a CII Certification (R05) or be working towards one
