What We’re Looking For Minimum of 5 years as head chef of a substantial kitchen brigade with responsibility for food production and labour management. Recognised culinary or kitchen management qualification. A proactive, can-do attitude and strong leadership skills. Ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks (must have lived in the UK for the past 5 years).
