* Manage and support cloud deployments on Azure, ensuring efficient, reliable, and secure operations.
* Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve escalated issues related to customer and application environments.
* Develop and maintain tools, scripts, and automation to enhance operational efficiency and address recurring issues.

Azure Cloud Support Engineer skills we seek are:
1. Proven experience in a third-line support or similar role, managing and troubleshooting Azure cloud-hosted solutions.
2. Strong knowledge of MS Azure, including monitoring tools, resource management, and cost optimisation.
3. Advanced SQL skills, including the ability to write, debug, and optimise queries.
4. Proficiency with C# for troubleshooting application code, debugging issues, and working with developers on issue resolution.
