As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents with dementia and nursing needs. This role is ideal for a nurse with a passion for elderly care who thrives in a collaborative and nurturing setting. What We’re Looking For Nursing qualification (RGN/RMN) and a valid UK NMC Pin Experience within an older adults and dementia nursing setting Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team A compassionate, patient-focused approach to care Strong clinical skills with a commitment to delivering the highest standard of care Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality clinical care tailored to the needs of residents with nursing and dementia care needs Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the best outcomes for residents Ensure compliance with CQC standards and best practices Administer medication safely and assist in care planning Build strong relationships with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams Promote dignity, independence, and well-being for all residents Reference: WILL142604/JG INDNUR
