Job Title: Specialist Provision Teacher Location: Newham Contract: Full-time, Permanent Start Date: September We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Specialist Provision Teacher to join a welcoming specialist school in the Newham area. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and enjoys supporting pupils with additional needs to access learning, build confidence and achieve their potential. Our specialist provision supports pupils with a range of special educational needs within a structured, nurturing environment where consistency, relationships and high-quality teaching are central to everyday practice. The Role Deliver high-quality, differentiated teaching within a specialist provision Plan and adapt lessons to meet a range of learning, social and emotional needs Support pupils’ academic progress, wellbeing and personal development Create a calm, safe and inclusive classroom environment Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to deliver effective provision Contribute to individual education plans and EHCP outcomes Monitor and assess pupil progress to inform next steps Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils, families and colleaguesWho We’re Looking For PGCE and QTS (essential – non-negotiable) Experience teaching pupils with SEN or within a specialist provision is highly desirable Primary-trained teachers are very welcome to apply A patient, resilient and reflective approach to teaching Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills A genuine passion for inclusive education Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeingWhy Join Us?
