Technical Services Trainer – Automotive
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Services Trainer to join a leading automotive training environment focused on developing technical capability across the aftermarket and workshop sector. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging technical training across a wide range of modern vehicle systems. You will play a key role in shaping technician knowledge and confidence, translating complex automotive technologies into clear, practical learning experiences.
Duties & Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, high-standard technical training across automotive systems
Simplify complex technical concepts into practical, easy-to-understand learning for varied skill levels
Adapt delivery methods to suit different audiences and learning styles, ensuring an inclusive training experience
Maintain accurate training records, attendance data, and learner progress documentation
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of training materials, assessments, and workshop exercises
Ensure training content remains aligned with current legislation, industry standards, and product developments
Support customer engagement activities, including demonstrations, open days, and partner events
Assist with training schedule planning and preparation of workshop environments, tools, and equipment Education & Skills Required
Proven experience delivering technical training within the automotive or workshop environment
Strong understanding of modern vehicle systems, diagnostics, and emerging automotive technologies
Experience creating or developing structured training content (classroom or digital formats)
Confident use of diagnostic tools, workshop equipment, and automotive test systems
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technicians and senior stakeholders
Strong organisational ability with a proactive and detail-focused approach Additional Information
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
