We are seeking an individual to collaborate with hiring managers across the organisation, providing a high-quality, customer-focused, and responsive end-to-end recruitment service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus, with proven experience in developing and delivering proactive solutions throughout all recruitment stages. Previous experience in a Healthcare setting, particularly within NHS Scotland, along with knowledge of NHS terms and conditions and experience with enhanced pre-employment checks, is essential.
You should have extensive experience in a recruitment environment and a background in Healthcare, preferably NHS, with familiarity with Agenda for Change Terms and Conditions. Experience in managing a team to deliver excellent service across the organisation is also required.
This is a fixed-term position for up to 12 months to cover maternity leave. Secondment opportunities may be considered.
The role is based at NHS Golden Jubilee in Clydebank. While some hybrid working is available, you will be expected to work in the hospital up to 3 days per week based on business needs.
Normal office hours apply, with flexibility to work different patterns as required.
