Hospital The Hospital in Al Hasa has 300-beds and provides primary and secondary patient care, including outpatient clinics, pharmacy, four operating rooms and a day surgery operation room. It also includes eight beds for haemodialysis, a physical therapy department, radiology department, endoscopy, ER, ICU, obstetrics & gynaecology department with two rooms for caesareans and six L & D rooms. Wards include male and female patient wards, gynaecology, obstetrics and female surgery, male surgical ophthalmology, ENT and a VIP ward.

Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with standards set by the Joint Commission International (JCI), American Association of Blood Banks (AABB), College of American Pathologists (CAP) and National Guard Laboratory, and contribute to their ongoing improvement.
* Provide diagnostic and consultative services to physicians and patients in accordance with granted clinical privileges.
* Assist in the selection of appropriate testing methodologies, ensure clinical relevance and uphold safe, evidence‑based medical practices within the area of expertise.
* Actively participate in training programmes for staff, medical technology students, interns and residents, and contribute to continuing education for staff physicians.
* Serve on national, hospital and departmental committees as assigned.
* Actively support and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
* Encourage and contribute to approved research activities.
* Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Department Chairman.
