Job Description
Key responsibilities of the Marketing & Communications Manager:
3. Create and manage marketing and advertising campaigns (digital and traditional), webinars, events, awards, and outreach projects.
4. Manage external partner relationships, such as a PR agency for key events.
5. Generate impactful and progressive content aligned to the commercial strategy and in collaboration with the wider team such as videos, webinars, blogs, case studies and infographics.
6. Manage content on digital platforms to generate leads.
7. Maintain an impactful website aligned with lead generation and sales goals.
8. Manage the CRM marketing system including workflows, campaign processes, analysis, and reporting.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Marketing & Communications Manager should have:
9. Experience delivering thought-leading, powerful content through collaboration with internal and external experts.
10. Working knowledge of design platforms or software such as Canva and Adobe, as well as Microsoft suite.
11. Experience managing effective partnerships, including delegating effectively, setting objectives and evaluating performance of external agencies.
12. Experience managing projects to time and cost KPIs, including working to tight deadlines.
13. The ability to start a role at short notice and be comfortable with a 12 month contract position.
