Marketing Executive (6-month FTC)
You will be part of the team responsible for delivering a large strategic project. This exciting opportunity in the Marketing and Insight Team involves working closely with colleagues to implement the marketing strategy for our customers, financial advisers, and their clients.
Your role will involve collaborating across marketing centers of excellence to support the delivery of the strategic project. You will work with key stakeholders and agencies to produce marketing materials for both online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and deliver required changes to marketing materials in line with project deadlines.
* Support Marketing Managers with content creation.
* Enhance customer digital experience by understanding customer interaction preferences with M&G.
* Understand and develop marketing processes within a regulated environment, aiming to maximize efficiency and user experience.
* Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements, including marketing compliance.
Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Prior digital marketing experience in financial services is required.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills, keeping colleagues informed and engaged.
* Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and acquire new skills.
* Willingness to challenge the status quo to drive change.
* Attention to detail, including proofreading skills.
* Good investment and pension knowledge across funds and products is helpful but not essential.
