MAGROUP Magnaghi UK is located in Stroud, Gloucestershire, United Kingdom. It is part of MAGROUP Magnaghi Aerospace, a leading aerospace group specializing in the production of landing gear systems, aerostructures, hydraulic and electronic systems for both commercial and defense aviation.
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR & Payroll Specialist to support our HR Lead in managing payroll, HR administration, and compliance. This role is key to ensuring smooth HR operations and accurate employee and financial data management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Managing end-to-end payroll with accuracy.
· Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation and internal policies.
· Supporting the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
· Maintaining employee records in confidentiality and accuracy.
· Preparing HR reports and workforce data for the Group.
· Assisting in implementing and monitoring HR policies and procedures.
· A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum 3 years’ experience running end-to-end payroll independently.
· Solid HR administration skills.
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
· Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
· Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet priorities and deadlines.
· Problem solving skills.
· Proactive, solutions focused.
· Strong analytical skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
· Confident working independently and as part of a team.
