This is a permanent, full-time position offering flexible hybrid working-based from either Baglan (Neath Port Talbot) or Cardiff, with two days a week required in the office and the remainder worked remotely or on-site. This is a delivery-focused engineering role supporting the planning, procurement, and management of trunk road and motorway structures projects across the South Wales region. The successful candidate will contribute to the Welsh Government's annual capital works programme, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with quality expectations.
