An experienced Scaffolding Yard Manager is required for our Head Office scaffolding Yard based near Croydon. You will be responsible for the supervision and management of the Scaffolding Yard Team and all that this entails. This can include Scaffolding stock control and the monitoring of equipment; the supervision of loading and unloading of equipment onto the lorries; overseeing the sorting of equipment & fittings and moving equipment within the Scaffold Yard; ensuring the team are fully trained in accordance with their roles as well as keeping the Yard and surrounding areas clean and tidy within a safety conscious environment. You must have strong proven managerial experience in a scaffolding Yard environment; be able to identify and manage inefficiencies and possess a firm ability to manage a team.
