Children's Residential - Complex Trauma Services

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Residential Team Leaders We are looking for Team Leaders who are caring and compassionate individuals with the desire to make a positive difference to the lives of our incredible children and young people through leading by example to other children's and young person's support workers.
Essential Information
£2800 to £3600 sleep in payments (based on 8-10 sleep ins per month)
224 hours of paid annual leave per annum, rising to 240 hours after 5 years
2 - 3 shifts per week inclusive of sleep ins.
New staff must be comfortable using an electronic care recording system on a daily basis to document, monitor, and update children and young people's records accurately. Experience with Clearcare is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided. However, all staff are expected to confidently use digital systems as part of their day-to-day role.
Job role
Meeting the needs of the Children and Young People in line with Ofsted regulations
Planning team rotas to supporting the Deputy and home manager in various meetings and appointments
Assisting the Registered Manager and/or the Deputy Manager in the implementation of all aspects of the Statement of Purpose
To carry out all other reasonable tasks as directed by the Registered Manager and/or the Deputy Manager
To supervise in the absence of the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager
Welcome a diverse culture in the home
Creating a safe, family environment for the children
Requirements
You MUST be 21 due to Ofsted regulations
Driving is essential due to locations of the homes
You must have at least six months experience in Children's residential care and you must hold a relevant level 3 qualification
