Thispost is working Monday Friday 37.5 hours per week between the hours of08:00 - 16:00, (can be flexible)

Main duties of the job
Weprovide a high-quality service which is integral to the success of theservice, and we are looking for someone who feels they can enhance theadmin/secretarial provision already being provided.
Youwill be an experienced team player who has the skill, knowledge, and theright attitude able to assist in the delivery of a high quality, accurate andtimely support service. You will be self-motivated and able to workeffectively.
Youwill have the following skill and experience, minute taking experience,excellent word processing skills, the ability to work as part of a widerteam, proficient user of the Microsoft package and the ability to acceptinstruction from ABM. Previous experience in a similar post will bebeneficial.

Job responsibilities
Therole will also require excellent communication skills, organisational skills,knowledge/experience of digital dictation systems. You will have good skillssurrounding electronic systems and the ability to work independently but ableto accept direction from the ABM as required.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Audio typing RSA stages II word processing or similar..
* Excellent communication skills, both written and orally.
* Professional telephone manner.
* General education to O/CSE/GCSE pass standard in English and Math.
* Secretarial experience.
* Working knowledge of medical terminology
* Local knowledge of the healthcare system
* ECDL
Experience
* Experience of the whole Microsoft office package and its uses.
* Experience of delivering accurate high-quality work
* Being a part of a team that work to deliver highest level of documentation that can be provided to patients and professionals.
