An established and respected law firm is seeking a talented Corporate & Commercial Lawyer to join its expanding team in the West Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of business clients across a wide range of industries and sectors.
About the Role
You’ll be joining a dynamic and collaborative Corporate and Commercial team that advises a broad client base, including:
* Start-ups and scale-ups
* Owner-managed businesses and PLCs
* Partnerships and joint ventures
* Local authorities and charities
* High-net-worth individuals
The work is varied and stimulating, covering areas such as:
* Company formations and governance
* Business and share acquisitions/sales
* Management buy-outs/buy-ins and VC investments
* Corporate restructuring and reorganisations
* Shareholder and partnership agreements
* Terms of business and share option schemes
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Lawyer (Solicitor or CILEX)
* 2–4 years' experience in broad corporate and commercial law
* Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
* Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
