Role Overview
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work closely with project teams to support cost and commercial management across multiple schemes. Responsibilities include:
* Building cost models and supporting procurement strategies.
* Contributing to contract administration processes.
* Analyzing project data to support decision-making.
* Engaging with clients and contractors throughout delivery.
* Managing valuations, variations, and reporting.
Qualifications
* 1-3 years’ experience within a consultancy or contractor environment.
* Solid grounding in core QS principles.
* Interest in modern construction methods or data‑driven project delivery.
* Familiarity with NEC or JCT contracts.
* A relevant degree (preferred) and desire to progress towards professional accreditation.
