Your new companyA leading UK infrastructure and highways services provider is seeking a Small Works Site Supervisor to support ongoing maintenance operations across a live highway network. This role sits within a long-term maintenance framework and offers consistent, secure work on essential infrastructure.Your new roleAs Small Works Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day maintenance activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements. Responsibilities include:
* Supervising gangs carrying out minor highways maintenance works
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety, method statements and risk assessments
* Coordinating traffic management in line with Chapter 8 requirements
* Liaising with engineers, subcontractors and the client
* Completing site paperwork, inspections and daily reports
* Ensuring quality standards and productivity targets are met
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience supervising highways maintenance or small works
* NRSWA Supervisor accreditation
* SMSTS or SSSTS
* Full UK driving licence
