They are seeking a qualified ACA, ACCA, or CTA professional with strong tax expertise, commercial awareness, and a passion for practical problem-solving. About the Role
This is a strategic, advisory-led position offering significant involvement in shaping client businesses and tax strategy. You'll work closely with Directors and colleagues, providing tax planning and commercial insight to owner-managed businesses.
Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver detailed, commercially focused tax advisory and planning services
\t
* Advise owner-managed businesses with practical, real-world solutions
\t
* Lead on company restructuring and business planning projects
\t
* Provide technical expertise in income tax, CGT, trusts, estates, and ideally stamp duty
\t
* Prepare company accounts with a tax advisory perspective
\t
* Manage HMRC enquiries and negotiations
\t
* Keep up to date with legislation and translate complex tax law into clear guidance
About You:
\t
* ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified
\t
* Strong background in personal and business tax (CGT, income tax, trusts)
\t
* Experience with owner-managed businesses and complex advisory cases
\t
* Excellent communication skills and client-facing approach
\t
* Comfortable interpreting HMRC guidelines
\t
* Desired: Experience with stamp duty, EMI schemes, and corporate restructuring
