This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant, Administrator, or Secretary to move to a highly reputable firm with progression opportunities and excellent training.
Responsibilities include: Providing pivotal assistance to fee earners in progressing conveyancing files Liaising directly with clients and third parties Organising and collating documents to support the files Performing and recording property and land searches Preparation of completion packs Any other administrative duties as required Requirements: Prior experience within a Residential Conveyancing support role Excellent client care skills Able to communicate professionally Strong IT skills Experience in using a case management system This is a full-time Conveyancing Assistant opportunity based in Chester.
