Technical Coordinator

In this role, you'll play a key part in the
design and delivery
of new housing projects - coordinating architectural, engineering, and design information to ensure developments run seamlessly from planning through to build. You'll work closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams, making sure everything is aligned, compliant, and on programme.

What you'll be doing:
* Managing and coordinating technical drawings, design packs, and information flow
* Liaising with architects, engineers, and planning consultants
* Ensuring compliance with building regulations, planning conditions, and NHBC standards
* Supporting the Technical Manager in delivering projects efficiently and effectively
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience as a Technical Coordinator (or similar) within housebuilding
* Strong understanding of residential design, planning, and build processes
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
* A proactive, collaborative approach to driving projects forward
